Why B2B
Launched in September of 2000, Lancaster County's is the flagship edition of Keyword Communication's Business2Business publications which also include different editions in Chester and Berks Counties.

Each month Lancaster Business2Business delivers in-depth analysis of strategic and tactical managerial issues challenging area executives. Business2Business is a lively, accessible magazine designed to hold the attention of the market's busiest people - its decision makers.

Circulation
Well in excess of 7,000 precisely selected executives receive the Lancaster edition each month. Business2Business has painstakingly prepared a targeted portfolio of qualified recipients through a merging and culling of lists we've obtained from Dun & Bradstreet and vital area business, professional, and social organizations. Then, to enrich this core of mid-sized and large enterprise executives, we continually invite subscription nominations from our readership. We're confident that no one has a more effective Lancaster County database concentrated upon this market. In addition we discretely distribute limited numbers of complimentary monthly copies through various up-market, high traffic settings like finer bookstores, key business associations, elegant hospitality sites and select institutions of higher education.

Pass-along Readership
Since our content is analytical rather than breaking news, it has a shelf life that encourages both archiving and pass-along readership. With approximately three readers per issue, we can project well over 21,000 Lancaster County readers. Collections of recent and past Lancaster Business2Business Magazines have found a home atop the county's foremost credenzas.

Lancaster County Account Executive
Tamara Sheesley: Regional Sales Manager: "Advertising is simple really," Tammy taps a four color ad-proof on her desk. "To be effective, a display like this has to get in front of the right people, grab their attention, then move them to action. And that's why I enjoy working here so much. I can put my clients' message in front of thousands of key decision makers every month. We're pretty unique, no one else can do it as effectively or as inexpensively." Tammy likes working with people. "What I do is make businesses more successful." And she's been working at making others successful ever since she left West Virginia University and started contributing to the success of her three children: Alex, Kylie and Cole. "There's no better management training program than parenthood," she says happily. "It prepares you for so much." And her business experience at Mellon Bank then Lancaster General Hospital reinforced and validated her conclusions about the value of home-management training.

But it was her success as Lancaster B2B's first account executive that earned her the responsibilities for managing the growing Keyword Communication sales staff. "In a way, I'm an investment manager really. My clients are investing in the capitalization of their brands while supporting specific marketing objectives. We're a part of their marketing portfolio and it's my job to make sure they get the greatest return from our part of their effort. " Tammy reinforces her ideas and strategies through continuing course work at Millersville University where she takes economics and business courses. "I'm working for important business publications," she explains. "So I stay on top of business. When you're clients are at the cutting edge, you've got to be current or get cut yourself."

A former state champion runner, Tammy still does a wide range of sports, including a starting position on a feisty soccer team. "Family, fitness and professional challenge all mesh so well," she says. "I'm blessed to have all three working for me." And that's a refreshing attitude for a woman who works so hard for each of them.
